Foods you should not freeze!

– Fried and crumbed meats go soggy
– Whole eggs in their shells will break as the contents expand
– Vegetables with a high water content, such as lettuce
– Sou
r cream and yoghurt separate
– Meringue weeps
– Custards, mayonnaise and dishes containing gelatine
– Her
bs and spices lose their pungency after two weeks
